Dried Berry Chocolate Bark
  • 8 oz. dark chocolate, finely chopped

  • 1 cup assorted freeze-dried berries (or regular pomegranate seeds)

MIXING

  1. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Microwave chocolate in 30-second intervals until melted.

  3. Spread chocolate over the baking sheet and sprinkle with berry toppings.

  4. Let sit at room temperature for 1-2 hours until set.

  5. Breaking into smaller pieces for serving.
