This website was created as a resource and tool to help you create or enhance your own unique customs and rituals. We know adapting to another online tools can sometimes be difficult -- we want to make it easy to use this website. Here are some useful tips to help you get started and build your very own ritual:

1) CREATE AN ACCOUNT

You can explore clips on the website without creating an account, but to save, download or create anything, you will need to create an account. Click here to create an account »

2) START A PROJECT OR SERVICE

Click the GET STARTED box for a pop-up that will give you the options for creating your project.

Once you create your template, you can find it in the (smiley face) drop-down menu on the upper right corner.

3) ADD CLIPS TO YOUR SERVICE

We provide you with a clip library full of community-contributed clips that you can add to your Service.

How do you add a clip to your Service, you ask?

If you are on your Service’s page, click on “+ add clip” and you will be taken to the Clip Library. In the Clip Library, choose “Select” from the overlay. When you have selected all the clips you want, click on “Add to Service.” Don’t worry! You can go back and add more later or delete clips you don’t want. (If you want to look at a clip before you add it, click “View” in the overlay. But you probably figured that out.)

Tip: We tried to make it as easy as possible for you to create your Service. From the Clip Library, you can add clips directly into your Service by choosing “+ Add to Service” under that clip.

4) CREATE YOUR OWN UNIQUE CLIPS

We invite you to contribute your own original work to our Clip Library! To create a clip, make sure you are first logged into your Customandcraft.org account. In the top right drop-down menu, select “+ new clip. You will be taken to a page where you can create your own clip. If your clip is not your original work, please be sure to provide an original source for your clip and abide by our Sharing Policy.

5) ORGANIZE YOUR SERVICE 

To view all the clips you currently have in your Service, select your Service in the top right drop-down. You will see everything you’ve added to the Service. You can reorder, remove or add more clips. You can also preview the finished work, by clicking “Preview Service.” (You probably figured that one out.)

6) PRINT YOUR SERVICE

Once you are done creating your Service, you can download or print. From your Service’s page, click “Download PDF” to save your finished Service as a printable PDF.
