Grilled Salmon with Avocado Salsa

INGREDIENTS

SALMON

  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  • 2 salmon fillets

AVOCADO SALSA

  • 1-2 avocados

  • 1/2 red onion

  • 1/2 lime, juiced

  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 pinch salt
     

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Coat salmon with mixture and let marinate in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. 

  2. Meanwhile, dice avocado and onion. Put into a small bowl with lime juice, olive oil, and salt and combine to make salsa. 

  3. Grill salmon in a pan over high heat for about 5 minutes on each side. 

  4. Serve salmon with avocado salsa on top.
